MONTEREY HAMBURGER STEAK WITH MUSHROOM


Ingredients:

1 pack MONTEREY BEEF BURGER (contains 6 pcs.)
2 tbsp DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh mushrooms, assorted, sliced
2 tbsp garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. To prepare burger patties, adhere 2 pieces of patties together to make it thicker.
  2. In a frying pan, melt margarine and fry burger patties until done. Set aside.
  3. In the same frying pan, add olive oil and saute garlic and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
  4. Place the cooked mushroom on top of each patty.
Makes up to 4 servings.
