MONTEREY BABY BACK RIBS WITH LECHON SAUCE


Ingredients:

2 slabs
1/2 cup
2 bottles

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rub ribs with garlic and lechon sauce. Put in between sheets of foil. Enclose and tie with a string.
  3. Put on top of roasting rack and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 400°F and continue baking ribs for another 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer ribs to a serving plate lined with banana leaves. Pour sauce over ribs.
Serving/s: 4-5 ADDITIONAL MATERIALS NEEDED: 2 sheets aluminum foil, 2 pieces banana leaves (for lining serving plate)
