MONTE CRISTO SANDWICH

Ingredients:

1	tsp	MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1	tsp	prepared mustard
2	pc	white bread
2	slice	PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1	slice	MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1	pc	MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
2	tbsp	MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1	cup	MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK

Procedure:

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on a slice of bread. Top with ham and cheese then cover with another piece of bread.
Beat egg and milk in a small bowl. Dip the sandwich in the mixture.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.

Makes 1 serving.
