Mixed Greens With Grape Vinaigrette


  1. Arrange salad greens in a mixing bowl. Pour dressing and toss.
  2. Transfer to a plate and add croutons, ham, orange pulp, walnuts and cheese.
  3. For the dressing, in a blender, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer in a mixing bowl and gradually pour olive oil while whisking until combined.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
