Mixed Greens With Grape Vinaigrette

Procedure:

  1. Arrange salad greens in a mixing bowl. Pour dressing and toss.
  2. Transfer to a plate and add croutons, ham, orange pulp, walnuts and cheese.

 

DRESSING:

  1. In a blender, combine grapes, red wine vinegar, lemon rind, corn syrup, and mustard. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer in a mixing bowl and gradually pour olive oil while whisking until combined.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
