MINI TENDER JUICY CLUBHOUSE SKEWERS


Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
3 pc TENDER JUICY KING SIZE HOTDOGS, sliced diagonally into 1 inch pieces
3 pc sliced whole wheat bread, cut into 3 x 3 inch cubes or any shape you want
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, melted
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
8 pc tomatoes, sliced into rings
4 pc lettuce leaves, cut into same size as bread
1 (350 g) pc MAGNOLIA GOLD EDAM CHEESE, cut into 3 x 3 inch cubes
2 pc pickles, sliced into rings
8 pc long bamboo skewers

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil using medium heat and fry hotdog until bright colored. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, brush bread with melted butter then toast the bread for 3 minutes. After toasting, spread the inner side of the bread with mayonnaise. Set aside.
  3. Place the sandwich components onto the skewer alternately, like preparing a club sandwich. Place bread first, followed by the hotdog, tomatoes, lettuce, bread, cheese, pickles, then another slice of bread.
Makes 8 servings.
