MINI DEVILED EGGS


Ingredients:

3 dozens quail eggs, boiled, peeled and cut in half
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA
pinch paprika

Procedure:

  1. Carefully remove yolks from eggs. Set aside cooked egg whites.
  2. In a bowl, mix together egg yolks, mayonnaise, 2/3 of cheese and paprika.
  3. Using a piping bag with a rosette tip, pipe egg yolk mixture back onto cooked egg whites.
  4. Garnish with more cheese and sprinkle more paprika on top.
Makes 6-8 servings.
