Mini Burgers On Stick

Procedure:

  1. Divide each burger patty into 2 then form into mini burger patties. Pan-grill patties until almost done, about 5 minutes, then top each with a cheese slice.
  2. Assemble: Sandwich a piece of burger patty, sliced tomato and lettuce between 2 bread cut-outs. Secure sandwich with a wooden skewer. Serve.

Tips: Serve with kamote or potato fries/chips on the side. Add aioli dressing (garlic & mayo) to make the burger more savory.
