MINI BURGERS ON STICK


Ingredients:

1 (1/2 kg) pack MONTEREY MONTE BURGERS
1 (185 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced into 1-1/2” x 1/4” pieces
10 pc mini burger buns
3 pc ripe native tomatoes, sliced into rings
3-5 pc curly lettuce leaves

Additional Materials:

10 pc wooden skewers

Procedure:

  1. Divide each burger patty into 2 then form into mini burger patties. Pan-grill patties until almost done, about 5 minutes, then top each with a cheese slice.
  2. Assemble: Sandwich a piece of burger patty, sliced tomato and lettuce between 2 bread cut-outs. Secure sandwich with a wooden skewer. Serve.
Tips: Serve with kamote or potato fries/chips on the side. Add aioli dressing (garlic & mayo) to make the burger more savory. Makes 10 pieces.
