MEXICAN HAM PASTA SALAD


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS COOKED SALAMI, quartered
1 pc red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup canned whole corn kernels, drained
1/2 cup roasted and sliced green, yellow and red bell peppers
1/4 kg cooked fusili pasta
1 pack store-bought Italian dressing
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cilantro sprigs (wansoy)

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Slowly add in Italian dressing until desired taste has been reached.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
