MECHADONG WANDAH


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MONTEREY BEEF CAMPTO, cut into chunks
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (90 gm) pc onion, quartered
3 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup rendered beef stock
1 (25 g) pack WANDAH ALL AROUND SWEET TOMATO MIX, (mixed with 1/2 cup water until smooth)
1 pc laurel leaf
1/4 tsp pepper
2 (400 gm) pc potatoes, peeled and quartered

Procedure:

  1. In a pot cover beef with enough water and let it simmer covered until tender.
  2. Drain and reserve 1 cup of stock.
  3. Put meat back in pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Makes 3 cups
