MEATLOAF IN A MUG


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp oatmeal
1 tsp soup mix powder
1/3 cup MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG

Procedure:

  1. In a small bowl, combine milk, ketchup, oatmeal and soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  2. Put into a microwave-safe mug or shallow dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  3. After 2 minutes, crack an egg on top and continue to microwave for another minute or until egg is cooked according to preferred doneness. Consume immediately.

Makes 3 serving.

TIPS: Eggs help bind meat and also add richness and moisture to the meat loaf mixture.
