MEAT AND CHEESE STICKS


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
2 (200 g each) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, chopped
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
24 pc mini lumpia wrappers
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
1 cup cooking oil, for deep-frying

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix together grated cheese and chopped luncheon meat. Add eggs and mix well.
  2. Place a tablespoon of the filling on a piece of lumpia wrapper. Fold to secure filling and seal with cornstarch mixture.
  3. Fry cheese sticks in hot oil. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve.
Makes 24 pieces.
