MAIS CON YELO


Ingredients:

2 cups crushed or shaved ice
8 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM GOLD LABEL BUTTERY SWEET CORN
2 cups store bought caramel popcorn
2 cups store bought candied pili nuts
1 cup corn flakes
mint leaves for garnish

PANDAN CREAM:

1 bundle pandan leaves, washed
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled

Procedure:

  1.  Combine pandan, water and sugar in a saucepan. Let boil and strain. Cool then add to cream. Transfer to a squeeze bottle. Set aside
  2. Prepare 4 chilled glasses and place a scoop of crushed ice then 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass. Arrange caramel popcorn, nuts and cornflakes then drizzle with prepared pandan cream. Garnish with mint leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
