MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER EGG FOO YUNG


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
2 tsp red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup bean sprout (without stem)
1 tsp green onions, chopped
1 tsp celery slices
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

EGG MIXTURE:

2 eggs
2 water
1/2 tsp salt
1/5 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER

Procedure:

  1. In a frying pan, melt Magnolia Gold Butter and saute vegetables except spring onions.
  2. Season and add water. Simmer until bean sprouts are tender.
  3. Remove from heat and add spring onions. Keep warm.
  4. In a bowl, combine eggs, water and seasoning. Beat well.
  5. Heat pan and melt Magnolia Gold Butter. When hot, pour egg mixture.
  6. Cook omelette evenly by twirling and scraping center of pan to push cooked egg to one side.
  7. Pour vegetable mixture on half of the omelet and fold other half to cover the vegetable mixture. Cook for a few seconds more.
  8. Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Serve hot.
