MAGNOLIA CHEESE STICKS


Ingredients:

3 cups bread flour, sifted
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 1/2 cup BAKER'S BEST MARGARINE
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE, grated
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Sift dry ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Beat Baker's Best margarine and Magnolia Cheddar cheese until smooth and lemon colored.
  4. Dissolve sugar in milk.
  5. Add to beaten margarine-cheese mixture.
  6. Shift mixer at low speed and pour dry ingredients into above mixture.
  7. Add vanilla and continue beating until well-blended.
  8. With a pastry bag using a plain tip, drop cookies into well greased cookie sheet into 2 1/2" long, 1" apart.
  9. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
