MAC AND CHEESE PANCAKES


Ingredients:

180 grams elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions (about 4 cups)
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE MIX PLUS, prepare batter according to package directions
2 tbsp cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl combine cooked macaroni, cheese and prepared pancake batter. Mix well.
  2. Heat pan with oil and pour every 1/8 cup of the mixture into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 4 servings.
(Yield: 8 pieces/ 2 pieces per serving)
