LUNCHEON MEAT VEGGIE TORTA



Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, diced
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup store bought gravy or prepared instant gravy (you may also search for "Classic Gravy" in our recipes section)
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in an 8” pan then sauté garlic. Add luncheon meat and mixed vegetables.
  2. Meanwhile, combine together gravy mix and eggs.
  3. Pour over luncheon meat mixture. Lower heat then cook covered for about 5 minutes or until egg mixture sets.

Makes 8 servings.
