Luncheon Meat Temaki


  1. On a flat surface, put one nori wrapper, shiny side down. In a bowl, add water and vinegar and use this to keep your hands moist. Spread some rice, leaving an inch of space at the bottom.
  2. Put 1 to 2 pieces of Purefoods Chinese Style luncheon meat, cucumber, and ripe mangoes. Squeeze some mayonnaise on the vegetables and roll to form a cone and to secure filling. Serve with light soy sauce and wasabi paste.
