LUNCHEON MEAT PINWHEELS


Ingredients:

1 (220 g) bottle MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1 cup spinach, blanched and chopped
1 pc flour tortilla
1 (350 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, cut into very thin slices
1 bundle blanched green onions

Procedure:

  1. Mix cream cheese and spinach. Spread on flour tortilla then line with thin slices of luncheon meat.
  2. Roll tortilla to make a log then slice into small bite size pieces. Secure by tying with blanched spring onions.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
