LUMPIA ITALIANA


Ingredients:

spaghetti sauce (itallian style)
minced carrots
oil
onion
salt
PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, cut into strips
MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, cut into strips
lumpia wrapper
oil

Procedure:

For Filling:
  1. Saute garlic, onion, pork. Season to taste.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and carrots. Let it cool.
  3. Put enough quantity of filling for an ideal size in lumpia wrapper.
  4. Top with strips of PF Lunchen Meat and cheese.
  5. Wrap and deep fry.
