LOADED QUESADILLA QUARTERS


Ingredients:

BACON AND CREAM CHEESE:

6-inch flour tortilla
0.25 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
4 pc PUREFOODS HONEYCURED BACON, chopped and cooked

HAM TROPICALE:

0.25 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
2 pc PUREFOODS HAM SELECTIONS SWEETENED, cooked and sliced into cubes
4 slice MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

SLOPPY-DILLAS:

1 can PUREFOODS ULAM KING, MEATY SPAGHETTI
4 slice MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
4 pc PUREFOODS HONEYCURED BACON, chopped and cooked

Procedure:

Bacon & Cream Cheese:
  1. On a flour tortilla spread cream cheese and top with chopped bacon. Cover with another piece of tortilla, set aside.
Ham Tropicale:
  1. On a flour tortilla, arrange pineapple tidbits, ham and grated quickmelt cheese. Cover with another piece of tortilla.
Sloppy-Dillas:
  1. On a flour tortilla, spread spaghetti sauce and top with grated cheese. Cover with another flour tortilla.
To cook:
  1. Warm quesadillas in a dry skillet or grill pan until tortillas are toasted and cheese melts. Do this on both sides. To serve, cut into quarters.
