LEMON-GARLIC PASTA


Ingredients:

400 g fettucine
3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 head garlic
1 pc lemon, zest
salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Cut off ¼ top part of garlic then sprinkle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Roast garlic in pan cut side down over low heat until garlic is soft. Take out roasted garlic from peel. Set aside.
  3. Heat remaining olive oil in pan, add roasted garlic and cooked pasta. Add lemon zest and season with salt to taste.
