- Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
- Cut off ¼ top part of garlic then sprinkle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Roast garlic in pan cut side down over low heat until garlic is soft. Take out roasted garlic from peel. Set aside.
- Heat remaining olive oil in pan, add roasted garlic and cooked pasta. Add lemon zest and season with salt to taste.
