LEMON BUTTER CUPCAKES


Ingredients:

1-1/4 (150 g) cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 (3 g) tsp baking powder
1/2 (3 g) tsp iodized fine salt
1 (200 g) bar MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
4 (200 g) pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 tsp lemon extract

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin molds with muffin cups. Set aside.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Alternately add dry ingredients with milk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Add lemon flavor. Pour into prepared muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 15 pieces.
