LECHON CON SISIG PIZZA


Ingredients:

1 pc pizza crust (12 inches)
1/3 cup sweet style pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, hard-boiled then cut into 8
2 tsp toasted garlic
1 pc finger pepper (siling haba), chopped
1 pc red onion, chopped
75 grams MONTEREY SISIG
150 grams cooked lechong kawali, cut up
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F.
  2. On pizza crust, spread pizza sauce then top with cheese. Arrange the rest of the toppings on top of pizza crust and bake for 3 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
