KHAO KLUK KAPI (THAI BAGOONG RICE)


Ingredients:

3 tbsp STAR GARLIC MARGARINE
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Thai shrimp paste
4 cup rice, cooked
2 tbsp dried alamang, fried
1/4 cup toasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
sprig coriander (wansoy) leaves
6 pc shallots, sliced
1 pack PUREFOODS PORK TOCINO, fried then sliced into strips
1/2 pc green mango, julienned
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, fried then sliced into strips
stalk chopped green onions
pinch toasted sesame seeds

Procedure:

  1. Heat margarine in a skillet.
  2. Add the shrimp paste and cooked rice.
  3. Stir-fry until all ingredients are blended.
  4. Place rice on a serving plate, top with other ingredients.
