KHAO KLUK KAPI (BAGOONG RICE)


Ingredients:

2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Thai shrimp paste
4 cup rice, cooked
2 tbsp dried alamang
.25 cup toasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
sprig coriander leaves
6 pc shallots, sliced
1 cup MONTEREY PORK TOCINO, fried
.5 pc green mango, julienned
2 pc egg, fried and sliced into strips
stalk green onion, chopped
pinch toasted sesame seeds

Procedure:

  1. Heat margarine in a skillet, add garlic and cook until golden brown. Add the shrimp paste and cooked rice. Stir-fry until all ingredients are blended. Place rice on a serving plate, tip with other ingredients.
