K-POP DOGS


Ingredients:

1 (400 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/3 cup water
1/2 kg PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS REGULAR
1 kg French fries, cut into cubes
cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, eggs and water. With a wire whisk, mix batter until smooth.
  2. Skewer hotdogs. Dip hotdogs in pancake batter then coat with French fries. Place in the freezer to set for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil for frying. Deep fry hotdogs until batter and fries are golden brown.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
