JAMON DE BOLA WITH ORANGE MARMALADE GLAZE


Ingredients:

1 whole PUREFOODS JAMON DE BOLA, thawed

GLAZE:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
0.03 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup orange marmalade

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven or turbo broiler to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, combine orange marmalade, mustard and brown sugar.
  3. Mix well to produce a very thick mixture.
  4. Brush mixture onto the surface of ham.
  5. Bake ham for 15 minutes or until golden in color.
  6. Transfer excess mixture into a saucepan.
  7. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and let it boil until sugar has dissolved.
  8. Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter to finish glaze.
  9. Slice ham and serve with prepared sauce.
  10. Garnish with your choice of fruits.
