HOTDOG, MUSHROOM and CHILI LINGUINE

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Simmer until mixture lightly thickens.
3. Set aside.
1. Heat 1 oil in a wok.
2. Sauté shallots and red chili.
3. Add hotdogs and mushrooms.
4. Cook over high heat and stir in cooked linguine.
5. Pour sauce and mix well.
6. Stir in chopped cilantro just before serving.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
*chicken stock: prepared by dissolving 1 pc chicken bouillon cube in 2 cups water or boiling chicken bones
