HOTDOG AND KETCHUP BICHO-BICHO


Ingredients:

1 (180 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup water
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1/2 cup chopped PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC, blanched
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 cup cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Combine pancake mix, flour, water, egg, hotdogs and ketchup in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Using 2 spoons, drop spoonfuls of the mixture in hot oil. Fry until balls are fully puffed and golden brown. Drain excess oil of fried balls on paper towels.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
