HOT AND SPICY BUTTERED SHRIMP


Ingredients:

2 tbsp green onions
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE, grated
pepper to taste
1-1/2 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 cup garlic, finely chopped
100 grams MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1-1/4 kg shrimps, peeled and deveined

Procedure:

1. Marinate shrimps with garlic and calamansi juice.
2. Set aside. In a pan, melt butter and toast 1/3 cup finely chopped garlic. Remove garlic for garnishing. 3. Cook shrimps in butter and add the rest of the seasonings. 4. Pour in a dish and garnish with toasted garlic, grates cheese and spring onions. 90% of the shirmp consumed in US each year comes from Asia and Central America.
