HERBED CHEESE OMELETTE


Ingredients:

4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, separately beat egg yolks and whites 1/2 cup
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 tsp MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 tbsp shredded basil
1 tsp chopped tarragon
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure:

  1. Incorporate egg yolks and white together.
  2. Add cheese, milk and herbs. Heat butter in a pan then cook mixture into an omelette.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
