HEARTY CABBAGE SOUP


Ingredients:

1 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 kg MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1 cup chopped white onions
2 cup cubed potatoes
4 cup shredded cabbage
3 cup chicken stock
1 (12 oz) can crushed tomatoes
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, melt margarine and sauté ground beef. Add onions and sauté until tender.
  2. Add potatoes and cabbage. Add stock and bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cook until potatoes and cabbage are tender.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasonings, if needed.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
