HASHED POTATO AND CHEESE PANCAKE


Ingredients:

2 pc large potatoes, peeled and grated, squeeze excess water
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 pc PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON, fried
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine potatoes and cheese.
  2. Mold into rings and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. In a non-stick pan, fry potato patties for 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Top potato pancakes with bacon.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup just before serving.
Makes 2 servings.
