HAM WITH TRIO OF MELON SALAD


Ingredients:

1/4 pc watermelon
1/4 pc honeydew melon
1/2 pc cantaloupe
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1 pack arugula, washed and pickled

Procedure:

  1. Using a melon baller, scoop the flesh of the watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe into balls.
  2. Transfer equal amounts of balls into martini or any serving glasses.
  3. Add equal amounts of ham and arugula leaves. Serve chilled.
