HAM RAGOUT PASTA


Ingredients:

500 g fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
2 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic, chopped
3/4 cup button mushrooms, sliced
2 cup PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, cubed
3/4 cup capers
1 kg store bought pasta sauce
3/4 tsp chili flakes
3/4 cup basil, cut into strips

Procedure:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive oil. Add in ham and capers. Add in pasta sauce. Simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add in chili flakes. Toss pasta into sauce.
  4. Top with grated cheese and basil. Serve while hot.
