HAM AND EGG DROP SOUP



Ingredients:

2 tbsp DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
1 (50 g) pc onion, chopped
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, sliced
5 cups chicken stock
1 pc MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, lightly beaten

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, heat margarine then sauté onion and ham. Add chicken stock and let simmer.
  2. Add milk and bring to a boil, lower heat and slowly stir in eggs. Cook for 1 more minute

Makes 6 servings.

Tip: Put eggs in a bowl of water, if they float to the top they are no longer fresh.
