Ham And Chorizo Asparagus Pasta

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic with lard from the chorizo bilbao. Cook for 2 minutes over medium high heat.
  2. Add chorizo, ham, chili flakes and asparagus. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in pasta and toss evenly.

Makes 5 servings.
