HAINANESE STYLE PANSIT PUTI


Ingredients:

1/8 tsp white pepper
1 (125 g) grams bihon noodles, soaked in water until soft then drain
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1 (60 g) bundle green onions, sliced (reserve some for garnish)
10 pc calamansi, sliced

Procedure:

  1. In a large pan, heat oil and sauté garlic until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan add a chicken cube, Sexy Chix, pepper, noodles and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes while mixing.
  3. Add spring onions and half of garlic.
  4. Transfer to a platter and garnish with remaining garlic, spring onions, and calamansi on the side. 
Makes 5 servings. (Yield: 5 cups of pansit /1 cup pansit per serving)
