CHICKEN MAMI



Ingredients:

2 (8 cups) L water
3/4 (6 pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CUT-UPS
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp patis
1 (8 oz) pack thin egg noodles (mami), cooked according to package directions
150 grams cabbage, chopped
1/4 (60 g) cup thin carrot strips
6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, boiled and peeled
1 (15 g) bundle green onions, chopped
1/4 (56 g) cup store bought toasted garlic

Procedure:

  1. Combine water and chicken in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Season with garlic powder, pepper and patis. Cover and let simmer until chicken is tender.
  3. Arrange in bowls chicken, cooked noodles, cabbage, carrot strips, egg, green onions, and toasted garlic. Pour hot chicken broth. Serve. 

Makes 6 servings.
