GRAHAM COCONUT COOKIES


Ingredients:

3-1/2 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers
1 (300 mL) can condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips, chilled
1-1/2 cups dessiccated coconut
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, melted plus extra for brushing
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 ˚F. Grease 2 baking sheets with butter. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Scoop mixture onto prepared cookie sheets, 1-1/2 inches apart.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool before serving.

Makes 48 pieces.
