Gooey Caramel Popcorn


  1. In a large wok, combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil until thick, about 5 to 8 minutes. Quickly stir in baking soda and mix well until frothy.
  2. Add cooked popcorn and mix until all popcorn pieces are coated with caramel. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at low heat just enough to dry popcorn. Mix occasionally to prevent it from burning. When done, remove from the oven and cool before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
