GLAZED HAM AND CHEESE FUNWICHES

Ingredients:

2 tbsp pineapple jam
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
4 pc PUREFOODS SWEET HAM
8 slices bread
1 (185 g) bar MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. Combine jam and butter in a small saucepan. Pan fry ham in butter-jam mixture.
  2. Place ham over bread slices.
  3. While still hot, sprinkle grated cheese on ham. Top with remaining bread slices. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
