GAMBAS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp chopped red chili pepper
1/2 kg peeled shrimps
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp tomato sauce

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic, chilies and cook until light brown.
  2. Add shrimps, paprika and tomato sauce and stir until shrimp changes color. Do not overcook. Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings.
