FRIED HAM AND CHEDDAR ROLLS


Ingredients:

cooking oil for deep-frying
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1-1/2 cups Japanese breadcrumbs

Procedure:

  1. With a rolling pin, flatten out white bread and chocolate bread. Combine a slice of white and chocolate bread.
  2. In between bread slices, put a slice of ham then 1/4 cup of cheese. Roll sandwich together with white bread surface exposed until it holds shape then chill for at least 30 minutes in the freezer. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Heat oil for deep-frying. Dip sandwich rolls in eggs then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until golden brown then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Makes 3-4 servings.
