Fried Chili Prawns With Minced Garlic


  1. Dredge prawns in cornstarch. Deep-fry in hot oil just until prawns turn bright red. Remove from oil and set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat soya oil. Sauté garlic and finger peppers. Add shrimps and soup stock. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
