FRENCH BREAKFAST


Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 tsp cinnamon powder
12 slices white loaf bread
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted
12 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
1 tub MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
toasted almond slices
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED, pan-fried and drain excess oil on paper towels
maple syrup

Procedure:

  1. Whisk eggs and add milk and cinnamon. Dip slices of bread and pan-fry in melted butter.
  2. Remove from pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Keep warm and set aside.
  3. Arrange each French toast on a plate. Put a scoop of ice cream on top and put bacon on the side. Sprinkle with almond slices. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Makes 12 pieces.
