FIESTA HAM WITH APPLE-CINNAMON SAUCE

Ingredients:

2-1/2	kg	PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM
1/4	cup	honey

Sauce

1	cup	apple juice
1-1/2	cups	brown sugar
1	tsp	cinnamon powder
1	pc	bay leaf (laurel)
1	pc	cinnamon bark
2	tbsp	maple syrup

Garnish

1 (350 g)	bunch	grapes
1/4	cup	cherries
1	pc	apple, cored and sliced thinly

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ingredients for sauce in an oven-proof container.
Place ham and bake for 30 minutes. Baste with sauce from time to time.
Transfer ham to a serving platter and glaze with honey. Garnish with grapes, cherries and apple slices. Serve with remaining sauce.

Makes 25 to 30 servings.
