FESTIVE OMELETTE


Ingredients:

1/2 cup DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, sliced into small squares
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA
2 pc hash browns, fried and cut into small squares
8 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC

Procedure:

  1. Melt 1/2 of the margarine in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Sauté onions until slightly wilted. Add in ham and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat then add in hash browns. Transfer mixture into another plate.
  3. Using the same pan, melt remaining margarine  and pour in beaten eggs. Cook eggs halfway.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on one side of the egg then pour in sautéed mixture. Fold egg to make a half moon shape and to cover the mixture. Transfer to serving plate.
