EASY VANILLA PUDDING


Ingredients:

1 tbsp DARI CRÈME MARGARINE CLASSIC, softened
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

PUDDING

1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 (200 g) pc mango, sliced into cubes (or any fresh fruits in season)

Procedure:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit and margarine. Press this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses using the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Pudding: In a mixing bowl combine cream, condensed milk and powdered sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy. Pour this equally over prepared biscuit base.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until fully set. Top with mango and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
